I have an unintentional habbit of capturing cityscapes of Yokohama and Tokyo from vantage points seldom if at all seen elsewhere. I spend allot of time walking through neighborhoods and just naturally am curious about what I can see from the top of hills, along the waters edge. There are some viewpoints I revisit, particularly if I can find a peaceful place to capture the scenery of Japan city life from afar, but much of what I capture is presented to me, not sought out. In a way I like this separation of my preferred relaxed pace cityscapes, and those where I am suddenly testing my patience and nerves, standing in a busy intersection to get the shot.
